Located in a beautifully restored 1857 mansion, the HI Baltimore has dorms with six, eight, 10 and 12 beds, as well as private doubles. Helpful management, a nice location between Mt Vernon and downtown, and a filigreed classical-chic look make this one of the region's best hostels. The front desk is open 24 hours.
