The family-owned modern Brookville Hotel is modeled on their original restaurant in the namesake town of Brookvillel, which opened in 1870. Meals at the current parking-friendly location on the outskirts of Abilene still feature the legendary chicken, plus cream-style corn, fresh biscuits and much more served family style. Note the limited hours.
