Sam’s is a dark, cozy (OK, maybe ‘dank’) little nook of a bar. You’ll rarely find tourists here, but there are always locals, especially on karaoke nights. Trust us: you haven’t done Kailua-Kona until you’ve seen a 7ft Samoan guy tear up as he belts out ‘The Snows of Mauna Kea.’
