Nearly trendy by Hilo standards, this polished beer and wine bar is the best bet in the city for craft-focused suds and spirits. On their eight or so beer taps, expect offerings from usual suspects (Hilo Brewing, Kona Brewing, Big Island Brewhaus) but also rarer options from the mainland (barrel-aged Sierra Nevadas etc) plus a longer bottle list than most.
