City Market

Kansas City

City Market is a haven for small local businesses selling an idiosyncratic range of foods and other items. Ethnic groceries exude enticing smells and there is a farmers market for regional producers on weekends. Cafes (open-air in season) and greasy spoons do big business from breakfast through to dinner. It's a traditional hub in today's hipster River Market.
