Reservations open online on the second Friday of every month at noon for the next calendar month; walk-ins are only welcome at the eight-person bar – get there by 5pm and wait in front of the Wally World garage. All proceeds from the restaurant go to the Giving Tree, which provides health care for food-and-beverage-industry workers in need.
