Rooster & the Till

Tampa

With an impressive culinary pedigree – and a recent Best Chef South nomination from the James Beard Foundation – Ferrell Alvarez and Ty Rodriguez are behind Seminole Heights' most ambitious farm-to-table restaurant. The recently expanded restaurant specializes in shared and small plates bursting with flavor, most notably a gnocchi with short ribs, smoked ricotta, San Marzano tomatoes and pickled peperonata.

Other dishes rotate based on seasonal and local availability, and there's a wallet-friendly four-tier wine list with bottles at $35, $55, $75 and $90. Happy hour runs 4pm to 6pm.
