If you've longed to see the bowels of a federal courthouse but are hesitant to commit crimes, here's your chance. Le Meridien painstakingly restored this century-old courthouse, where judges' chambers and courtrooms now serve as guest rooms and a witness stand has become the front desk for the restaurant, Bizou Brasserie. Also preserved are the crown molding, terrazzo marble and judges' benches.
