Iberian Rooster

St Petersburg

Billing itself as 'colonial Portuguese fusion,' this newer place on Central Ave blends complex flavors from the streets of Mozambique, Macau, Brazil and Goa, and serves them up on tapas plates. For example, the chimichurri Moroccan beef comes with potato puree, charred okra and chorizo palm oil. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options abound.

A downstairs speakeasy offers hand-crafted cocktails, and live jazz and swing band performances that tend to get people dancing.
