Lovely Alésia, with its big windows, laid-back soundtrack and umbrella-clad courtyard, is the brainchild of Sandra Ly-Flores, Erika Ly and Paul Hsu, who wanted to re-create the French Vietnamese cafes of their Parisian youth.
