Considering the proximity to Disney's Magic Kingdom (7 miles) and Universal Resort Orlando (8 miles), plus the quality of the rooms, service, grounds and amenities, this atrium-style resort is one of the best-value options in Orlando, though it's certainly not a unique nor boutique experience.
There are multiple pools, a waterfall set into a grotto, a splash play area and a winding slide, as well as a beachside lake with hammocks, sailboats and bicycles. Poolside cabañas rent for $150/day.
Shuttles go to Disney's Transportation & Ticket Center (from there you must connect with Disney transportation to the other theme parks), to SeaWorld and to Universal Orlando Resort.
