Hotel Astor

South Beach

The Astor aims for retro chic, with retro being just a touch in the clean-lined interiors. The lobby is all class, with potted palms, straight lines and geometric marble floors, which flow past a convivial bar and out to the tiny pool, shaded by a single artfully placed palm tree. The pink-toned rooms are relaxing and well appointed.

There are appealing spots for cocktails, including a lively downstairs drinking den – Astor Social Club – of throwback 1920s glam, complete with leopard-print loungers.
