Cascade Poolside Restaurant

Miami

If you're visiting the Biltmore, it's worth stopping in for a bite at this lovely open-air restaurant overlooking the pool. The food is good, if not overly complex, with satisfying options like vegetable wraps, grouper sandwiches and fresh salads. Sharing plates (ceviche, fried calamari and the like) go nicely with afternoon or evening drinks.

Stop in for happy hour specials (weekdays from 5pm to 7pm). There's also live music every Thursday (6pm to 9pm).
