Premiere Hotel

Fort Lauderdale

This recently remodeled, family-run spot is large enough to have good infrastructure – a small bar/cafe and food menu – but small enough to not feel like you're gobbled up by a resort. It's away from the madding crowd, yet opposite the beach, and has simple, white rooms and studio apartments with kitchenette. It's a good-value, reliable bet, especially in low season.

Free use of beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas.
