Paddlefish

Top choice in Walt Disney World

This paddle steamer has had an entire revamp and reopened in February 2016. It's smart, contemporary and chic. Its lovely dining areas are ingeniously incorporated into different parts of the boat, so you have a choice of ambience: over water, at the stern or snuggled in elsewhere. It's the place to go for a leisurely and sophisticated meal.

Seafood is on the menu here; on Sundays they do an excellent brunch (mains $16 to $23). Worth reserving ahead.
