Bird Cage Saloon

Arizona

The original Bird Cage Saloon – famous for its collection of taxidermy birds – burned down in 2012, but came back bigger and better a year later, just south of its old location. A few of the old birds survived, and you'll find them, together with the surviving back bar, ready for business. There's live rock and blues on Friday and Saturday.
