The manicured strip of white-sand beach framed by palms and the big pool area make the Saray a sand-in-the-toes getaway. Rooms, all with balconies, exude easygoing beach-chic with sea-green furnishings and silver lanterns adding a hint of Middle Eastern styling. You'll probably want to pay the extra for a beach-facing room; Ajman's cityscape is nothing to write home about.
Even if you're not staying here, you might want to drop by to have a drink at the cool Bab Al Bahr beach bar or feast on local flavours at Mejhana.
