Despite its visually unappealing concrete exterior, Karama’s bustling backstreet shopping area is a great place for bargains and crammed with shops selling handicrafts and souvenirs. Quality varies, so it pays to have a keen eye and to know what the originals look like. Prices are low, but bargaining lowers them further.
