The Soviet-style Express has a mix of renovated and unrefurbished rooms. The cheapest have tiny beds and lack showers, but at least have air-conditioning. Prices increase proportionally as amenities and coats of paint are added. Prices go down by about 100uah during weekends and in July/August.
