Hacı Abdullah Bey Konaği

Southeastern Anatolia

Perched on the hilltop, this gorgeous konak (mansion) has seven rooms cosily outfitted with kilims (pileless woven rugs), brass beds and antiques. Another pull is the friendly welcome of the Öztürk family. They don't speak much English, but offer a convivial atmosphere and serve traditional meals prepared from fresh ingredients. Bathrooms are shared.
