Bistro Floyd

Alanya

This Turkish-Dutch operation occupies possibly the most handsome of Damlataş Caddesi's remaining Ottoman houses. It's beautifully restored inside, while outside a spacious terrace allows tables of merrymakers to tuck into good Turkish and European dishes without getting in each other's way.

There's an excellent value three-course vegetarian set menu (₺85) and a Sunday brunch buffet (₺150;11am to 2pm from mid-September to mid-June). Check out the renovated 1st floor, usually open in winter only.
