Sinop Mantı

The Bosphorus Suburbs

A popular spot for a quick bite in central Beşiktaş, this no-frills eatery specialises in mantı, Turkish-style dumplings in yoghurt sauce, including versions sprinkled with crushed walnuts or stuffed with cheese instead of the usual minced lamb. A handful of savoury pastries and erişte (noodle) dishes round out the carbo-rific offerings.
