Hatay Antakya Mutfağı

The Bosphorus Suburbs

The spicy, Arab-influenced cuisine of Hatay province in southeastern Turkey is the speciality at this small, bistro-like restaurant in the Akaretler area of Beşiktaş. The tasty range of kebabs, flatbreads and meze (small plates) includes both familiar dishes and unique regional selections, and the restaurant sells its own pepper salsa, pomegranate sauce, walnut jam and other homemade ingredients.
