Top choice in Beyoğlu

Chef Maksut Aşkar has been wowing diners with his exciting rifts on traditional Turkish food since 2014, gaining an entry on the San Pellegrino World's Best Restaurant list in the process. Utilising ingredients listed on the Slow Food Foundation's Ark of Taste, his refined creations are enjoyed alongside the spectacular Old City views offered from the dining room and terrace.

The restaurant is accessed via a staircase in the ground-floor cafe – sadly, the food served there is nowhere near as impressive as its upstairs counterpart.
