Dürümzade

Beyoğlu

A staple for Beyoğlu night-owls, this tiny grill shop on a grungy corner near the Beyoğlu Fish Market turns out mouth-wateringly tender kebabs – try the ‘Adana’ (spiced mincemeat) or the çiğer (liver) – served in fresh lavaş (flatbread) and garnished with sumac-dusted red onions, tomatoes and parsley. A sign out front truthfully warns: ‘Caution! Can be addictive.’
