At first this hotel is a tad gloomy, with dark-brown parquet floors at reception, but the 33 smallish rooms over seven floors are bright and airy. The early-morning call to prayer of the nearby mosque is a factor to consider when staying here. Reception brings an open mind to negotiation. There's a lift.
