Sitting high up on the hill, this place was once a barracks but if its previous soldier tenants could see it today they'd never guess this was once their, no doubt, rather grimy home. Today it's all ye-olde elegance, with panelled walls and wood ceilings mixed with flashes of modernity such as deep-purple theatre curtains draped over exposed stone walls.
The garden, with its views over the konak (mansion) red roofs below is a relaxed spot for sunset drinks after your sightseeing is done for the day.
