Bolu Lokantası

Top choice in Konya

Konya's king of etli ekmek (the local version of pide), Bolu is tiny, basic and always crammed. There's no menu; just order etli ekmek, with a jug of ayran (yoghurt drink) to wash it down, squeeze over the lemon, sprinkle liberally with spice, then roll up the slices and eat with charred peppers. It's the best lunch in town.
