No we don't know why this bar-restaurant is decked out in plantation-colonial style either, but Ankara's chi-chi set laps it up. As well as a full bar list, there are quirky cocktails like the Rossella (hibiscus, tequila, rose petals, cloves and Cointreau) and the Bite of Mastik (Mastic liqueur, Aperol and orange juice).
The outdoor terrace is the place to be on a summer evening. There's a full food menu as well.
