Get a window table in the stone-cut dining room for views that stretch over to Göreme. For meze, order the spicier-than-usual acılı ezme (spicy tomato and onion paste) and dill-loaded whipped yoghurt dip. Lamb dishes are the speciality but we're more a fan of the tavuk sarma (chicken stuffed with cheese and spinach) and dana kaburga (beef ribs).
For such a meaty menu, full points for including a small selection of vegetarian mains plus plenty of vegetarian meze choices.
