Ziggy's has nailed the essence of casual-yet-classy dining. The pastırmalı börek (pastry filled with preserved beef) and lush yaprak ciğer (lamb liver fillets) are stand-out stars of the finest meze menu in Cappadocia, created by chef Ali Ozkan. In summer, the two-tiered terrace fills with a hip clientele enjoying cocktails while in winter the stone-arched interior is a cosy retreat.
