The interior is European-style elegance, but the food is top-notch Anatolian. Tuck into the mantı (Turkish ravioli), devour the meaty speciality çentik kebap (grilled meat served atop potatoes with a yoghurt and tomato sauce) and save room for the naughtily sweet desserts. Finish up with Turkish coffee, served in dainty teacups with a shot glass of lemonade on the side.
To find it head straight down Talas Caddesi for 1.5km (past the cemetery) until you get to Hüma Hastanesi (a hospital) and the mosque. Take the right-hand turn into Deliklitaş Caddesi straight after the mosque and the restaurant is on the first block.
