Die Wassermühle

Top choice in Turquoise Coast

A lovely German-owned rustic timber-and-stone lodge almost hidden on a wooded slope. Both the suites (with kitchenettes) and standard rooms are spacious and use all-natural materials. Views from the restaurant and spring-water pool terraces are commanding. The owners prepare 'healthy, organic and regional' cuisine for their guests – dinner is served family-style and takes in five or six dishes, a veritable banquet.
