Savon Hotel

Eastern Mediterranean

Housed in an erstwhile soap and olive oil-processing factory dating from the 1860s, the Savon (that's `soap' in French) masquerades as a boutique hotel but is really a place for business people, with 43 large rooms, ample on-site parking and a popular restaurants (mains ₺28 to ₺50) with everything from kebaps to fajitas.

It's in a rather uninspiring neighbourhood; everything of interest or of use is about a kilometre to the south.
