Özşafak Pension

Cappadocia

This delightfully homey pension is run by enthusiastic English-speaking local guide Başar, who can organise all your trekking or birdwatching activities. Rooms are super simple but clean, with beds piled high with snugly thick duvets. There are majestic mountain views from the pension's balcony and both breakfast and dinner are feasts of fresh, hearty local fare.

It's right on the main road's intersection to Çukurbağ village. All the dolmuş drivers can drop you off here if you let them know.
