Bucking the trend of Pamukkale's ho-hum food, White House packs its dishes with flavour. The sigara boreğı (deep-fried cigar-shaped pastries, often stuffed with cheese) are crammed with dill as well as white cheese, and the yaprak sarma (stuffed vine leaves) are some of the fattest and tastiest we've had anywhere in Turkey. Mains range from pirzola (lamb cutlets) to pasta.
Eat either within the Aegean-influenced white-and-blue interior or, in warmer months, in the back garden.
