Opened in early 2019 to celebrate Tobago's musical legends, this is very much a work in progress, with one room displaying shelf after shelf of awards given to the venerable Calypso Rose, and another with a few artifacts owned by the late Winston 'Shadow' Bailey, including suits he wore on stage and an acoustic guitar. There are future plans for a cafe and interactive exhibits.
