A glass-roofed courtyard and an art-gallery-style dining room at design hotel ML are the setting for some of Haarlem's finest dining. Intricate Michelin-starred dishes might include Waddenzee crab with ginger and green tomato, Deventer eel with beetroot and smoked chanterelles or Groningen veal with artichoke-stuffed quail. Its 12-seat chef's table directly overlooks the kitchen.
At the front of the building, ML's casual bistro, with a 200-seat terrace overlooking Grote Kerk van St Bavo, serves food all day.
