Fronted by a red-and-white chequered awning, low-lit Friterie par Hasard is fêted for its frites (fries), served with dishes such as ribs in traditional Limburg stew with apple, elderberry and bay-leaf sauce; marinated chicken thighs with satay sauce and pickled cucumber; bavette steak; and beer-battered cod. Its adjacent Frites uit Zuyd fries up takeaway frites.
