The adjacent twin-Michelin-starred kitchen of Ciel Bleu also creates stunning bar snacks (€9 to €15) such as tuna sashimi cornets or goose liver and mango macarons, as well as syrups, purées and infusions for its cocktails; champagne cocktails are a speciality.
