Wine is a serious business at this vintage-style bar named for the two Scottish chemists who discovered that oxygen is lighter than argon gas, which R&R uses to prevent oxidisation. Its top-up-card payment system lets you dispense wines yourself by the 'sip', half or full glass. Alongside cheese and charcuterie, sharing platters feature shucked oysters, tinned sardines and shrimp croquettes.
