Islander

Rarotonga

On the beachfront opposite the airport, the Islander offers ocean-view self-contained doubles that have been recently redecorated. There’s a poolside barbecue restaurant, perfect for a cold beer and a final Cook Islands meal if you’re leaving on an evening flight. Sun loungers and the attached Hula Bar – with an all-day happy hour – make for a social atmosphere.

Day use of the rooms is NZ$200.
