Mai Thai has been feeding authentic Thai food to locals for over 15 years. Pa naeng curry, pad kra phrao (spicy stir-fry with basil and chilli), and tom kha (soup with galangal and lemongrass) are all present and correct. You have to request genuine Thai heat, though, as the spice level is toned down for the local palate.
