The best-located, and possibly quietest, hotel in the city is near lots of good restaurants, opens up to the promenade and has great views from upper floors. The 2nd-floor rooms are cheapest, but it's worth paying the extra 100B to be up higher – the 5th floor is the top.
In 2018, the hotel opened a second building with modern rooms and the same great sea view, although on the opposite side of the street, without promenade access.
The rooms in the original building are old-fashioned in comparison, though still very good for the price. The main reception desk remains in this building.
