Run by the Catholic diocese, this no-frills place hosts long-term volunteers and short-term budget travellers. Rooms vary, and several of the self-contained rooms have been recently renovated. All have hot water. Meals (Tsh10,000) are available with advance order. The gate shuts at 11pm unless you’ve made previous arrangements.
