Chun Shui Tang

Taipei

The pearl milk tea (NT$85) here is supposed to be the best in the city – pink, frothy and creamy with small, firm pearls and only lightly sweetened. There are branches across the city, but this one on the ground floor of the National Concert Hall is one of the nicest. Traditional light noodle dishes and Chinese desserts are also available.
