Blossom Rena Vegan Cafe

Taipei

Imaginative Taiwanese and western cuisine using tofu and lots of vegetables. The three-cup lion's mane mushroom is a delicious bowl of big meaty mushroom cushions; the desserts are also to die for. The vegan waffle with fruit and cream is big enough to share and is indistinguishable from dairy. Inside is relaxed, like a home kitchen with sprays of white orchids.

Rena is serious about veganism; they only employ other vegans to work for them!
