Serene and loaded with history, this cafe is located in a former wooden dormitory (with a large deck spilling on to a grassy lawn) built by the Japanese in 1925. Next door is the Tsai Jui-yueh Dance Studio, and together the cafe and studio are known as the Rose Heritage Site. Tsai was a pioneer of modern dance in Taiwan.
