Kenting National Park
Though it's run by the mega-sized Caesar Park Resort across the road, you wouldn't know it. This outdoor bar-cafe on Little Bay Beach (小灣海灘) is everything you want in a beach bar: chilled-out tables and loungers, sunny tunes and free-flowing booze right next to the sand. The best time of day is around sunset, when the golden orb floats lazily down over the coast.
For an extra fee, you can hire out loungers down on the sand itself. Keep your receipt, as you'll need it to access the toilets.
