This posh restaurant was designed with couples in mind – the widely spaced tables, attentive service, dim lighting and strong design-led interior create a suitably romantic atmosphere. The menu drips with panache, with an inventive mix of local ingredients and European flair. Lunch specials are a bargain. Needless to say, the wine list is top-notch. Alas, there are no direct lagoon views.
